The pain relief is quick, it doesn't have a harsh smell like most pain patches, and so is safe to use even on the belly etc. It sticks well but doesn't pull, and it really works. Have been using it on my abdomen for cramps but also on my back for spasms and it's extremely effective in both cases.

I love these relief patches. It came in right before I started so I was able to use them on the worst days and I am amazed with it. Before these patches I was in so much pain from the cramping and would have to miss work nothing over the counter helped it. I have endometriosis and every month suffer from debilitating cramps that are so bad, I’m typically bed bound for one to two days. While these patches do not take away the pain completely, they do provide enough relief that I was able to do some activities during that time. I do wish they were a little larger in size, but cutting them in half and spacing them out a little seems to work.
