“Miracle Worker” – Amanda
“I love these relief patches. It came in right before I started so I was able to sue them on the worst days and I am amazed with it. Before these patches I was in so much pain from the cramping and would have to miss work nothing over the counter helped it. These took all of the cramping away and wore it while I was in the pool as well”

How to use?
Can I wear multiple patches at a time? Or just after one another?
Yes, it is perfectly safe to wear multiple patches simultaneously (across the same or different parts of the body) as well as wear another patch immediately after removing one. We recommend applying the patches directly on your skin to cover the pain affected area. We have found that many of our customers wear two patches on their lower abdomen or lower back to adequately cover the pain affected area. Our patches are completely natural and 100% plant-based making them safe to wear them continuously. Yes, it is completely safe for you to use a second patch immediately after removing the first one. Many women in our trials wore 2-3 patches consecutively to remain active and completely pain-free during periods of discomfort.
Can you use a heating pad/hot water bottle on top of the patch?
We don't recommend using these in combination with hot water bottles or heating pad/external heating source, as advised on our label.
How can I remove the patch?
Gently hold the skin and peel if off slowly. The adhesion usually wears off around 12 hours so it is easiest to remove then. Make sure you are removing the patch in the direction of hair growth to prevent the patch from pulling on any hair and causing discomfort. Using warm water can also help with removal.
What to expect?
What will I feel when after I stick one on?
LILAS Pain relief patch provides relief via the sustained release of our menthol ingredient and most women report a cooling tingling sensation initially as the medicine is released. Most women report feeling less pain 15-20 minutes after they apply the patch
Can the patch be used by pregnant women or nursing mothers?
Yes! The patch is safe and does not have a contraindication for pregnant women and nursing mothers. However, pregnant women should not use the patch on their abdomen.
Is the patch greasy or sticky?
Not at all, our patented technology allows the essential oils to touch the skin without being greasy or sticky unlike other oils and gels you may have used for pain relief. The patch stays in place, which allows the essential oils to provide up to 12 hours of relief.
What does the patch smell like?
The patch has a soothing smell of Eucalyptus that you will get a whiff of while opening the pouch and applying the patch. It is not an overwhelming smell that will linger on.
How do the patches work?
How are these patches all-natural?
